SR2 Enterprise Wide License Terms
Refresh Software offers an Enterprise Wide product license to its large multi-region/multi-national customers. The Enterprise Wide license allows licensee to utilize SR2 and all other Refresh Software content management products for a one time perpetual license fee. The Enterprise license fee is only limited on a per region or per country basis requiring one Enterprise license per region or per country. The license also includes an unlimited number of users and applications per region/country and neither users nor application licenses are transferable to other regions/countries that do not have Enterprise license privileges. If the licensee wishes to create a new subsidiary within an existing region/country that has Enterprise Wide privileges the SR2 products may be used by that entity at no charge assuming the licensee owns at least 51% of the new entity. If the licensee owns less than 51% of the new entity that entity may continue to use SR2 for up to one year from the date of creation at no charge and then must pay a fee equal to the then current price list for all of the licensed software in use.
The Enterprise license also includes a limit of one unit of SR2 prep pack (training) and one unit of IA2 (Information Architecture) per Enterprise license. As with all Refresh Software licensed products the standard annual maintenance policy and then published pricing and terms apply. Any updates or new releases will be made available to any entity that has Enterprise license privileges available to it but restricted for use by the region/country that has annual maintenance current and in force.
