Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
I. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional sales skills to achieve the following:
- Identify high potential sales opportunities and develop/establish relationships.
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities to fruition, including coordination of daily activities and timely correspondence both internally and externally.
- Build rapport with customers and act as the knowledge expert.
- Develop account strategies using business cases and offering value proposition.
- Be able to work closely with in a small company environment.
- Drive new accounts and oversee the implementation of the proposed solutions (along with the assigned account team) to meet revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5-7 years sales experience within the CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS selling enterprise wide solutions.
- Experience selling direct or with and through channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Account/Client Management experience for Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proficient in prospecting, lead generation and pipeline/territory management.
- Proven track record of consistent quota sales achievement.
- Team player and ability to be a strong leader.
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Effective skills to facilitate and present to IT and engineering in either small or large groups, including one-on-one meetings.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple full life-cycle, complex sales campaigns.

Refresh Software offers a generous base salary with high-end, uncapped commissions.
