Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

I. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional sales skills to achieve the following:

  • Identify high potential sales opportunities and develop/establish relationships. 
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities to fruition, including coordination of daily activities and timely correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Build rapport with customers and act as the knowledge expert.
  • Develop account strategies using business cases and offering value proposition.
  • Be able to work closely with in a small company environment.
  • Drive new accounts and oversee the implementation of the proposed solutions (along with the assigned account team) to meet revenue targets.  

Requirements

  • 5-7 years sales experience within the CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS selling enterprise wide solutions.
  • Experience selling direct or with and through channel partners.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Account/Client Management experience for Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proficient in prospecting, lead generation and pipeline/territory management.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota sales achievement.
  • Team player and ability to be a strong leader.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effective skills to facilitate and present to IT and engineering in either small or large groups, including one-on-one meetings.
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple full life-cycle, complex sales campaigns.

Refresh Software offers a generous base salary with high-end, uncapped commissions.
