Build vs. Buy...What to do?
VHB had all the traditional content management bottleneck issues. The technology team had developed a reasonable homegrown Content Management Solution but the team's resources were more often allocated to other pressing projects so updating the CMS code with new features was last on the list - never mind the support hassle.
